QYH focuses on design & production carbon bike frame, bike fork parts,bike rims, bike handlebars etc. We have the production equipment and scale for annual production capacity of 120,000 sets of carbon frames and other carbon accessories. We design one new 29er carbon suspension xc trail / enduro frame.

2. Before releasing the frame the white guide tube will be routed in the frame for help customer routing the cables.

Our plant covers 8.5 acres, 42,000m2 workshop, 450m2 testing room.

120,000 sets Carbon Bicycles Parts,
(Include Carbon Frame, carbon e-bike frame, carbon Rim, carbon Fork, carbon Handlebar ect)
3, We have over 10 years production experience in carbon fibre business.
4, We have the creative carbon fibre stress calculation model, and in the mean time applied the xpoxy resin ratio,
laser cutting tech, EPS foam molding, monocoque and robot painting equipments.
5, We covers the whole production process: design resin formulation, make pregpreg cloth, molding, painting.
6, Small order and sample order are accepted, OEM & ODM avilable too.
